Registration

• Registration Process:
  By completing the registration, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful.

Payment and Refund Policy

• Non-Refundable Fees:
  Once the registration fee is paid, it is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to inability to participate due to personal reasons, injury, scheduling conflicts, or travel restrictions.
• Transferability:
  Registration is non-transferable. Registered participants may not transfer their registration or benefits to another person.

Health and Safety

• Participant Responsibility:
  Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate in the marathon. Reliable Ambernath Marathon (RAM) Edition III  Runners will not be liable for any injuries, medical issues, or health complications arising from participation.
• Emergency Protocol:
  Participants must provide emergency contact details and follow all event safety guidelines. Reliable Ambernath Marathon (RAM) Edition III  Runners reserves the right to withdraw participants from the event for health or safety reasons.

Event Changes and Cancellations

• Event Alterations:
  Reliable Ambernath Marathon (RAM) Edition III  Runners reserves the right to change the event date, route, or other event details due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather, safety concerns, or governmental regulations.
• Event Cancellation:
  If the event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, no refunds will be issued. Participants will be informed of any alternate arrangements where applicable.

Liability Waiver

By registering, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Assumption of Risk:
  You understand that participating in a marathon involves risks of injury, including serious injury or death, and you voluntarily assume all such risks.
• Release of Liability:
  Reliable Ambernath Marathon (RAM) Edition III, its affiliates, sponsors, and organizers shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the event.

Code of Conduct

• Respect and Sportsmanship:
  Participants must display respect, good sportsmanship, and courtesy towards other participants, event staff, and volunteers. Violations may result in disqualification.
• Prohibited Actions:
  Participants are prohibited from littering, damaging property, or engaging in any Behavior that could harm the event’s reputation.

Image Release

By participating in Reliable Ambernath Marathon (RAM) Edition III, you consent to the use of your image, name, and likeness in photos, videos, and promotional materials for future events, social media, and marketing purposes without compensation.

Amendments to Terms

Reliable Ambernath Marathon (RAM) Edition III reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.
